PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) financial service using cyber money on a messenger are provided to enable a user to inquire/charge/exchange the cyber money on the messenger, and offer the financial service such as transfer, claim, and deposit between users on the messenger by using a personal terminal equipped with a messenger program. CONSTITUTION: A network processor(210) communicates data with a customer terminal or an external web site connected to through the communication network. A financial processor(230) performs processes corresponding to the financial service selected from a customer by receiving a sort and input items used for the selected financial service through the network processor. A customer information database(240) stores customer information registered from the customer. A customer certification part(220) certifies that the customer is able to use the financial service if a login request is generated through an encrypted customer ID.
