PURPOSE: A system for displaying a dynamic and still image information by using an electronic picture frame type TFT LCD and a method for the same are provided to easily display the moving picture information in low cost by using the RF receiving method, a wireless Internet push technology or the content memory method. CONSTITUTION: A system for displaying a dynamic and still image information by using an electronic picture frame type TFT LCD includes a moving picture information transmitting unit(100), a moving picture information receiving unit, a moving picture information controller and a display unit. The moving picture information transmitting converts the moving picture information into a digital information and transmits it the moving picture information receiving unit. The moving picture information receiving unit receives the digital moving picture information from the moving picture information transmitting unit to converts the received information into the moving picture information in the form of analog. The moving picture information controller determines whether the moving picture information is received from the moving picture information receiving unit or not and displays the moving picture information through the moving picture data decoder when the moving picture information is normal. And, the display unit displays the moving picture information converted through the moving picture data decoder.
