Food product comprises cooked sausage e.g. strasbourger, frankfurter or poultry inside dough covering (2) made from flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt, vegetables, cheese, raising agent and breadcrumbs e.g. bread, brioche or pizza and plain or flavoured. After covering sausage with dough it is rolled in breadcrumbs and fried or otherwise cooked until golden and a round wooden stick (16 cm long) is inserted into one end. The food product (1) consists of a cooked sausage (3) such as a strasbourger, frankfurter, poultry or other type of sausage, inside a dough covering (2) made from flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt, vegetables, cheese, raising agent and breadcrumbs. The dough can be of different types, such as bread, brioche or pizza and plain or flavoured, and after covering the sausage with it, it is rolled in breadcrumbs (1) and fried or otherwise cooked until golden. A round wooden stick (4) about 16 cm long is then inserted into one end before packaging to make a product with the appearance of a lollipop or popsicle.
