PURPOSE: Provided is a wash-bowl with one touch type quick draining structure having top sink filled with water and bottom sink having water tap to supply water, in order to drain water quick and at once and save time to receive water again and amount of water used while carrying water in the top sink. CONSTITUTION: The wash-bowl has the bottom sink(20) equipped with a bottom supporter and a drain(22) together with the water tap(30) located at rear side of the bottom sink, and the top sink(10) mounted with a top supporter and a front handle(12) to move the sink(10). The top sink is positioned on inner top portion of the bottom sink. When the top sink is safely located on the bottom sink, the water tap opens and supplies water into the top sink. While removing the top sink, the water flows into the bottom sink. After the top sink is divided from the bottom sink, the bottom sink is applicable to washing house-cloth, bedclothes, and/or feet of users.
