PURPOSE: A method for compensating an AD(ADvertisement) charge through effective collection of coupons issued to members of an Internet web site and a cash-back system on an Internet AD is provided to increase sales by effectively inducing membership registration on the web site, guiding a user to correctly recognize the AD, and making the user visit a member shop of the member. CONSTITUTION: When a client PC of the user is connected, time information for application/count applied to a coupon event on an AD page of the member shop is stored. Winning probability of the user is increased or decreased by generating a random number for the application to the coupon event. The count for the coupon event application in the AD page of the member shop is updated.
