LIGHTNING PROTECTION STRUCTURE FOR DESALINATION PLANT HAVING STEEL STACK SERVING AS LIGHTNING ARRESTER

PURPOSE: A lightning protection structure for a desalination plant is provided to remove a lightning arrester and a conductor by using a steel stack in the desalination plant itself. CONSTITUTION: A lightning protection structure for a desalination plant includes a terminal connector(50). A lower portion of a steel stack in the desalination plant and a MEG(Main Earthing Grid) buried in a lower earth are electrically coupled with each other via the terminal connector. A plug is exposed from the lower portion of the steel stack, and a lug is formed on a terminal of the terminal connector. The steel stack and the terminal connector are electrically coupled with each other by bolt-coupling the lug to the plug.
