PURPOSE: A surface processing system and a coating method thereof are provided to prevent waste of coating liquid and improve uniformity of thickness of coating liquid deposited on a panel, by using a roller. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing system comprises a cathode ray tube conveyor belt(100) on which a panel(P) of a cathode ray tube is horizontally disposed such that the panel moves in a linear direction; a coating liquid dropping unit(200) for dropping a predetermined dose of coating liquid in the space vertical to the panel, such that the outer surface of the panel is coated with the coating liquid; and a roller unit(300) which receives the coating liquid from the coating liquid dropping unit, compresses the coating liquid at a roller surface thereof, and rolls along the outer surface of the panel of the cathode ray tube so as to deposit the compressed coating liquid on the outer surface of the panel.
