SAFETY HELMET ATTACHED WITH LUMINOUS MEMBER FORMED BY SUBSEQUENTLY DEPOSITING TRANSFER FILM, COATING LAYER, BLOCKING LAYER AND ADHESIVE LAYER

PURPOSE: Provided is a safety helmet attached with a luminous member to prevent a luminous member and the helmet from separating from each other, and to prevent foreign material from entering between the luminous member and the helmet. CONSTITUTION: The safety helmet(100) is made by attaching a melted luminous member onto front and rear portions of the helmet using an adhesive liquid which consists of an organic solvent such as anone, cyclohexanone and ethyl acetate, and a P.U adhesive in a mixing ratio of 50:50. The luminous member is formed by subsequently depositing a transfer film(1) of P.E material, a coating layer of a transparent P.U ink, and a luminous layer which is formed by mixing the transparent P.U ink of 84.07 weight percent, a luminescent pigment of 15 weight percent and a fluorescent pigment of 0.03 weight percent, a blocking layer of white paint for preventing penetration of light, and an adhesive layer of a P.U adhesive.
