PURPOSE: A golf practice system is provided to freely regulate a slope of a footrest, to give an indirect experience to a golfer with respect to actual golf game condition, and thus to enable the golfer to learn the drawback of the golfer himself. CONSTITUTION: The golf practice system includes a footrest(100) on which golfer's foot is seated, a slope regulating potion which supports the footrest and regulates the slope of the footrest, a strike detecting portion(300) connected to one side of the footrest, which detects a hitting direction and a hitting amounts upon hitting a golf ball, a computer(400) outputting an expected reaching position of the golf ball onto a monitor, and a control panel which controls the slope of the footrest based on the hitting direction and hitting amount and communicates with the computer.
