PURPOSE: A system for informing an air polluted area by using a telematics is provided to supply the pleasant atmosphere to the driver on the road by transmitting the information of the polluted area through the AQS. CONSTITUTION: A system for informing an air polluted area by using a telematics includes an air quality system(AQS)(10), an air conditioning system(20) and a telematics terminal(30). The air quality system is installed inside of the vehicle to sense the degree of pollution of the outside air. The air conditioning system is incorporated into the FATC of the vehicle to receive the signal measured at the AQS and transmit it to the FRE-REC by determining whether it is operated in an inner air mode or an external air mode. And, the telematics terminal detects the signal to operate the FRE-REC actuator and transmits the detected signal to the server of the information center.
