摘要 <p>A hydrostatic reservoir, is supplied with a restoring and sealing mixture under pressure. Two rigid gauges calibrate the thickness and smoothness of the internal restoration of the buried pipe (20) to be restored upstream and downstream. The device is pulled or pushed along the pipe and contains a secondary reservoir to receive the excess mixture which is removed by suction : The hydrostatic tubular bottle or reservoir is open around its circumference, closed at the ends by two caps fixed together by transverse fixings, with a flexible joint at their periphery to ensure a seal under hydraulic pressure with a pipe to be restored (20). The hydrostatic reservoir receives a restoring and sealing mixture under pressure via the tube or communication pipe. The whole of the device moves in the buried pipe by traction on its upstream or downstream part in the direction of displacement of the device (22), or by pushing on the upstream part of the device by hydraulic or mechanical jack. The device includes a secondary compartment or reservoir comprising a flask placed upstream in the direction of displacement of the hydrostatic reservoir and the gauge, designed to receive the excess restoring and sealing mixture, removed from the secondary reservoir by suction by piping. The restoring and sealing mixture is made of a main element, generally called bentonite, with specific clays containing a predominant fraction of smectite, also called montmorillonite, characterized by an ability to expand and permanent in the presence of water. The mixture is made of water, sodium or calcium bentonite, a hydraulic binder with or without mineral load, with or without additive or made of an organo-mineral or only polymerizable organic mixture. The hydraulic binder is a cement. The mixture is thixotropic. The restoration and sealing is done simultaneously inside and outside the defective pipe, by adapting the shapes of the hydrostatic reservoir and the gauges. The device can be used for pipes which are not straight, with curves at intervals, by adapting the shapes of the reservoir , the gauges and articulating the fixings holding the device together. The mixture is injected under pressure using the pipe connected to an external pump, through the ground and via cracks in the pipe to be restored. An external pump may also be used to extract the excess mixture. This may or may not include an external reservoir. The device is moved by traction or pushing or both and is controlled from outside the pipe to be restored. The device can be used in pipes carrying drinking, non-drinking or waste water, oil and its derivatives, or gases in their liquid form.</p>
