PURPOSE: A tool for putting on and off rubber gloves is provided to put on and off rubber gloves by use of tension of the rubber gloves without pulling the gloves with hands. CONSTITUTION: The tool for putting on and off rubber gloves includes a motor(1) for ejecting air inside the tool, a fan(2) for ejecting air inside the tool, and a glove safety net(3) for preventing the glove from swelling superfluously. The tool for putting on and off rubber gloves has a supplementary glove ring, which is mounted on the tool to improve efficiency of the tool. The tool for putting on and off rubber gloves puts on and off the gloves by using the difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the rubber gloves produced by the air suction or air ejector.
