PURPOSE: A fixing device of a stabilizer is provided to reduce noise and to increase durability by preventing wear of the stabilizer and the stabilizer bush, and to improve the quality by increasing travel stability and suspension function. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a stabilizer(1) is composed of a stabilizer bush(31) having a bush hole(31a) penetrating both sides, a cut groove(31b) cut longitudinally in the bush hole, and two or more bent parts(31c) protruded along the arc circumference; a friction damping member(33) inserted to the bush hole through the cut groove to support both sides of a stabilizer bush and composed of a hollow(33a) to penetrate the stabilizer; and a bush bracket(35) combined with a chassis frame by plural bolts(15) to surround the stabilizer bush with a recessed groove(35a) fitted to the bent parts.
