CONSTITUTION: A hand protecting device of a robot is composed of a base frame(100) having plural supports(130) and upper and lower plates(110,120), a buffer unit(200) combined with the upper plate of the base frame and composed of a plunger holder(210) embedding a first elastic member(230) and the end of a first plunger(220) in a line to buffer impact, a sensor unit combined with the buffer unit and composed of a switching unit for detecting collision of the hand of the robot, and a guide unit(400) displaced according to impact at a collision of the hand of the robot to switch the sensor unit.
