ACCURATE MARKING DEVICE OF A SMALL-CALIBER TUBE BY AUTOMATICALLY SPREADING PIGMENTS IN THE SMALL-CALIBER TUBE

PURPOSE: A device for precisely marking a small-caliber tube is provided to increase the yield rate by automatically performing the precise marking in the small-caliber tube and preventing the drop of pigments. CONSTITUTION: A tube supply portion supplies small-caliber tubes(100) according to a set cycle sequentially. A carrying portion carries the supplied tubes from the tube supply portion by mounting in a chain(350). A marking portion(400) rotates the small-caliber tubes by locating in the upper part of the carrying portion and facing to the upper part of the small-caliber tubes and marks the contacted outer face of the small-caliber tubes. Thereby, the productivity is increased by preventing the drop or the spattering of pigments.
