PURPOSE: A device for transferring a seat of a vehicle is provided to move the seat horizontally and finely by driving the moving guider mounted to the lower part of the seat with a fixing guider fastened to the floor and fixing the moving guider to a movable body horizontally moved by turning a lever. CONSTITUTION: A seat transfer device of a vehicle is composed of a lever(12) turning around a lever shaft(14) by turning a handle(10) gripped by a driver or a passenger, a screw shaft(30) combined with the lever shaft of the lever, turned and composed of a thread part in the outer periphery, first and second supporting members(20,60) combined with both ends of the screw shaft to turn and support, a movable body(40) combined with the screw shaft and moved back and forth by turning the screw shaft, a moving guider(50) combined with a blade part protruded from the movable body to move the seat, and a fixing guider(70) combined with the moving guider and fixed to the floor of the vehicle.
