PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a crash pad of a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of the spring clip, and to restrict the spring clip from being separated from the fixing shaft by forming fixing pieces symmetrically and inserting an inclined fitting sill of the plastic spring clip to the fixing groove. CONSTITUTION: A fixing shaft(20) is formed in the rear part of a crash pad of a vehicle, and a spring clip(130) is combined with the fixing shaft by elastically fitting a fixing sill part of the spring clip to the article to be combined. Supporting pieces(132) are symmetrically formed in the spring clip to support both sides of the fixing shaft. An inclined fitting sill(134) is inclined in the supporting pieces and elastically inserted and fixed to the fixing groove of the fixing shaft. The spring clip is manufactured by injection-molding plastic material, and a push projection is formed in the end of the spring clip and contacted to both sides of the fixing shaft to apply elastic force.
