PURPOSE: A system and a method for supplying a broadcast service in traffic channel state are provided to supply a broadcast service even in traffic channel state, so that an MS(Mobile Station) can simultaneously receive various services. CONSTITUTION: An MS(10a) transmits a message for inquiring about an IP address of a broadcast service controller(40)(610). A DNS server(50) transmits the IP address to the MS(10a)(620). The MS(10a) accesses the controller(40) by using the IP address, and requests information on desired broadcast contents(630). The controller(40) authenticates a user, and receives broadcast session information(640). The MS(10a) receives ITBSPM(In-Traffic Broadcast Service Parameter Message) or an in-traffic system parameter message from a BS/PCF(10b)(650). The MS(10a) sends a registration message including a broadcast service ID to a BSC(660). A bearer setup procedure is performed(670). The MS(10a) receives the broadcast contents, and transmits the registration message only(680).
