PURPOSE: A structure of a footboard of a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency by removing the footboard with a leaf spring, and to move easily after separating the footboard by mounting a grip part in the rear part of the floor. CONSTITUTION: A footboard(10) of a vehicle is composed of a base part composed of an assembling part mounted to a floor of the vehicle and made of elastic material, an elastic part installed in the base part to roll the base part by applying elastic force, and a texture plate(19) fixed to the side of the elastic part and contacted to the foot of a passenger. The base part is composed of a rubber plate(14), and the elastic part is formed of a leaf spring(16). An assembling groove is formed in the assembling part of the base part, and an assembling link is formed in the floor of the vehicle. The assembling link of the floor is inserted to the assembling groove of the assembling part.
