PURPOSE: A memory device provided with a repeater for an address signal and a control signal is provided to minimize the distortion of signal by adding the repeater to the long address signal and the control signal. CONSTITUTION: A memory device provided with a repeater for an address signal and a control signal includes a plurality of banks, an address pad, an address driver, a control pad and a control driver. The address driver transmits the address signal inputted through the address pad to each bank through the address signal line. The control driver transmits the control signal inputted through the control pad to each bank through the control signal line. And, the memory device is characterized in that the repeater is added to the address signal line.
