ACID CLEANING DEVICE OF EVAPORATOR IN DESALINATION SYSTEM FOR REMOVING SCALE FROM BRINE PIPE BY USING MOVABLE ACID CLEANING UNIT

PURPOSE: An evaporator acid cleaning device of a desalination system by using a movable acid cleaning unit is provided to remove scale from the brine pipe by moving the acid cleaning unit into the evaporator, and to prevent damage of the acid cleaning device against direct ray of light by storing the acid cleaning unit safely. CONSTITUTION: An acid cleaning device(2) is connected to an evaporator(1) of a desalination system to perform acid cleaning by injecting washing fluid to the evaporator with a motor. The acid cleaning device is moved into the evaporator to be acid-cleaned, and connected selectively to each evaporator by a flexible pipe(3). A pump(4) is connected to the acid cleaning device by a flexible pipe(5) to supply washing fluid actively in moving the acid cleaning device. The acid cleaning device is installed on a movable platform with wheels or rollers and moved by using the rail.
