PURPOSE: A CDMA terminal for improving a spurious component of a transmission signal through the loss control of a PIN diode is provided to improve a spurious component contained in a transmission signal outputted from a signal transmission module of the CDMA terminal by switching a loss of a PIN diode with the use of a control voltage of a control module. CONSTITUTION: A control module(100) compares the strength of a transmission power with a reference value, and outputs a switching control signal according to the compared result. If the transmission power is bigger than the reference value, the control module(100) outputs a low signal while outputting a high signal if the transmission power is smaller, as a control signal of a spurious improving module(600). A PIN diode connected between a driving amplifier(320) and a band pass filter(330) is switched to an attenuation or a non-attenuation mode according to a change in an inner resistance in accordance with the control signal of the control module(100), and improves an output signal of the driving amplifier(320) to output as an input signal of a power amplifier(340).
