PURPOSE: Provided is a floater in which helium gas is infused into vessel instead of freon gas by using nano technology to exhibit excellent buoyancy, performance and strength without contaminating water. CONSTITUTION: The floater comprises a plastic vessel(10) body in which helium gas is infused into its internal space and sealed. In the plastic vessel body, are formed recess(40) and holes(50) for fixing strings on external surface. Further, vessel for helium gas is made from nano composite material in which nano particles are added to address the problem of gas barrier because it is difficult to trap helium gas into the internal space of plastic vessel.
