PURPOSE: A car monitor is provided to implement synchronization with a system at a low cost and reduce manufacturing costs by switching a TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) driving IC(Integrated Circuit) to a forced-synchronization generating circuit without using a separate ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit) chip. CONSTITUTION: A chroma IC(100) drives a TFT-LCD in response to an input video signal in a TFT-LCD monitor and performs synchronization between the video signal and a signal of an operating system. A resonator, electrically connected to the chroma IC, resonates in response to a synchronized signal.
