PURPOSE: A site construction structure wherein a polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material and a fixing member with a through hole are combined, and a construction method for starting of instant fixing and simultaneous permanent adhesion to a wall surface are provided to obtain initial adhesive force and permanent adhesive force and to reduce the construction cost by reducing the time for construction. CONSTITUTION: A site construction structure, wherein a polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material and a fixing member with a through hole are combined, comprises a polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material(11) of a plate shape having plural through holes(H) pierced in the thickness direction and having a fine vent structure formed all over the surface and inside; a first fixing plate(12) having inner surface coming in contact with the inside of the polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material, and having plural vent holes(h); a connection shaft(13) integrally extended to a center part of the first fixing plate in an upright state through the vent holes of the polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material; a second fixing plate(14) of a plate shape having a center part separably combined to the outer end of the connection shaft; and an adhesive agent spread on the inside of the polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material and the inner surface of the first fixing plate. The inner surface of the second fixing plate comes in contact with the outside(P2) of the polymer fiber vent structure-thermal insulation material. Plural vent holes are formed in the second fixing plate.
