SAFETY COCK TO DISCHARGE HOT WATER ONLY WHEN A LOCKING DEVICE IS RELEASED

PURPOSE: A safety cock is provided to safely use a chiller-heater by discharging hot water only when an additional locking device is released and by automatically returning to the locking device after the discharging operation. CONSTITUTION: A lever head(121) has a front cut portion(122) and a rear cut portion(123) to be slantly cut a lower front corner and a lower rear corner not to form a supporting point of a discharging lever(120). A safety member(130) forms or releases the supporting point of the discharging lever by combining with an auxiliary operation hinge slot(125) to be rotatable through an auxiliary operation hinge shaft. The auxiliary operation hinge slot is formed in the front upper part of the lever head. Thereby, a safety cock is returned to a safe locking state after discharging water automatically.
