PURPOSE: To provide a cladding structure of an evaporator roof, which is able to prevent insulation materials from being damaged by invasion of water and maximize efficiency of an evaporator by minimizing heat-loss. CONSTITUTION: A wire mesh (12) is installed between reinforcing beams (11) of an evaporator (10) to keep insulation materials at regular intervals from the surface of the evaporator. Support logs (13) are installed on the reinforcing beams at regular intervals along a longitudinal direction. An angle support (14) is installed on the support logs along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing beams.
