PURPOSE: Provided is a proton conductive polymer membrane using a solid proton conductor having ion conductivity at room temperature and high temperature, which has excellent electrochemical and mechanical properties and thermal stability and thus can be used at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The proton conductive polymer membrane comprises 1-40 parts by weight of a solid ion conductor dispersed in 100 parts by weight of a proton conductive polymer having a pendant cation exchange group. Particularly, the cation exchange group is selected from the group consisting of a sulfonate group, carboxylate group, phosphate group, phosphonate group and derivatives thereof. The solid ion conductor is a metal phosphate having an interstitial sulfoalkyl group or sulfoaryl group.
