CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR IMPROVING OPERATION FEELING OF PUSH BUTTON INSTALLED IN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD BY MODIFYING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A control panel assembly for an air conditioner is provided to reduce operational force and to improve operation feeling by integrally forming the push button in the panel and increasing the distance between the point of action for operating the button and the hinge point. CONSTITUTION: A control panel assembly is composed of a panel(110) and a push button(120) installed in the panel. An overlay(130) is installed in the front of the panel, and the push button is exposed through the overlay. An assembling hole(131) is formed in the overlay to pass and move the push button back and forth. A penetration hole part(111) is formed in the panel and composed of a first penetration part(112) formed corresponding to the outer periphery of the push button and a second penetration part(113) cut from the upper part of the first penetration part. The push button is connected to the panel by bridge parts(114), and turned around hinge points(115) of the panel.
