PURPOSE: A system for issuing a credit certificate including credit information estimated from a credit authority is provided to advertise a credit level of a user by issuing the credit certificate including the credit information estimated from the credit authority. CONSTITUTION: A credit certificate issuance request processor(110) receives the credit certificate issuance request information. A settlement processor(120) receives settlement request information inputted from a user, requests user certification to a real name certification system(300) by using the settlement request information, and processes settlement depending on the user certification. A credit information processor(130) requests the credit information of the user to a credit estimation system(400) and receives the credit information of the user. A credit certificate issuance processor(140) generates/issues the credit certificate including the credit information, user identification information, and an issuance date to the user, and stores issuance information to a database.
