PURPOSE: A speaker system for a vehicle is provided to promote the advertisement effect and to enjoy music outdoors by moving a speaker supporting plate out of the vehicle with a controller without opening the window, and to enhance the appearance by storing the speaker in the vehicle room. CONSTITUTION: A speaker system of a vehicle is composed of an installation opening formed at the side of the vehicle body, a speaker supporting plate(11) hinge-combined with the installation opening and protruded outward, a speaker(20) mounted in the speaker supporting plate, a driving unit(30) popping up the speaker supporting plate, and a controller(40) installed at the side of a driver's seat to transmit the audio signal from the audio system to the speaker and composed of a volume control switch(41) and a pop-up switch(42) for controlling the speaker and the driving unit.
