PURPOSE: A plastic tube forming device by using ultrasonic wave is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, to reduce the failure rate, and to increase the productivity by changing the physical property in exposing the tube to the ultrasonic wave and forming the connecting portion without inserting the additional structure. CONSTITUTION: A plastic tube forming device comprises a fixing unit(320) fastening a tube, a stopper(340) restricting the fixing position of the tube fastened by the fixing unit, a first chuck(220) contacted to the side of the tube to fix the tube firmly, a fist air cylinder(200) driving the first chuck, a second chuck(120) contacted to the tube to transfer the tube longitudinally, a second air cylinder(100) driving the second chuck, a first bracket(210) fixing the first air cylinder, a second bracket(110) fixing the second air cylinder, and an ultrasonic forming unit(300) moved into the fixed tube to insert the oscillator to the tube, to change the physical property by oscillating ultrasonic wave in the tube, and to form the connection portion of the tube by driving the second chuck.
