SYSTEM FOR MEASURING MECHANICAL QUALITY OF CHASSIS AND COMPONENT BY USING LASER VISION SENSOR AND MULTI-JIG FOR REDUCING MEASUREMENT TIME OF PRODUCTS AND CALCULATION TIME OF DATA

PURPOSE: A mechanical quality measurement system of a chassis and a component is provided to secure the reliability, to reduce a development time of a new vehicle and to realize the high quality by reducing the measurement time of the product and the calculation time of data and by calculating the exact data about every item. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical quality measurement system(100) contains a programmable unit(110), a manipulator(130), a multi-jig(140) and a main controller(120). The manipulator has a laser vision sensor. The multi-jig measures various items with one jig. The main controller controls the manipulator and the multi-jig. Thereby, the measurement time of a product and the calculation time of data are reduced and various items are measurable in a minimum space.
