PURPOSE: To provide a coupling structure of sacrificial anode on water box in evaporator, the structure for enabling the sacrificial anode to be installed on a shell on an inner part of the water box of the evaporator without an expensive coupling to obtain effects of cost reduction and work load reduction. CONSTITUTION: In a coupling structure of sacrificial anodes coupled to shell on an inner part of the water box to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of evaporator water box in a seawater desalination system, the coupling structure of the sacrificial anode on the evaporator water box is characterized in that a bolt(18) penetrating the sacrificial anode(16) is clamped to one side surface of the shell(14) of the inner part of the water box, and a rubber(22) is inserted between the shell and the sacrificial anode, wherein a welding part(24) is formed on a region where the bolt is contacted with the shell.
