PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure damper which has a structure capable of completely removing bubbles from inside a chamber set in the pressure damper by only pressure feeding and filling through the pressurization of ink from an ink container to a liquid droplet jetting type recording head. SOLUTION: An ink outflow opening formed in the pressure damper is always positioned at a vertical direction uppermost part in planar and sectional position relations of the chamber formed in the pressure damper at the time when a liquid droplet jetting type recording device is used. The structure of an elastic member for preventing a flexible film equipped at the pressure damper from being attached to a bottom face of the chamber is set inside the chamber, and a reinforcing plate of a rigid body for suppressing an excessive deformation of the flexible film is set outside the chamber. Moreover, the reinforcing plate is arranged at a face where the reinforcing plate comes in touch with the flexible film, and is equipped with a groove structure as an atmosphere communication structure.
