PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the setting operation load of an operator in a system for distributing presentation by using a network. SOLUTION: A managing server 2 stores a distribution setting file 23 for a plurality of patterns. A presentater who performs a setting operation by using an editing terminal 1 refers to the distribution setting file 23, and selects the optimal distribution setting file 23. When the distribution setting file 23 is selected, a setting processing part 210 of the managing server 2 executes the setting processing of an encoder server 4 or the like according to setting information described in the distribution setting file 23.
