PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the frequency must be switched one after another for executing an always optimum communication with a base station as a mobile station moves in order to communicate the mobile terminal moving along a predetermined route with a radio infrastructure. SOLUTION: Each base station is set to communicate with a mobile station using the same frequency, and sends an identifier unique to the base station to the mobile station. The mobile station selects a suitable identifier from among one or a plurality of sent identifiers and answers to the base station, thereby selecting only one base station to continue following communications.
