摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication system and an encryption communication method capable of immediately starting voice and facsimile communication by the common key system without the need for a user to identify the communication terminal by in voice after call connection. SOLUTION: A caller side encryption communication apparatus uses a prime, a subscriber number and a random number to create a public key (step S101), and transmits the public key to an opposite apparatus at the start of communication (step S102). The caller side encryption communication apparatus uses the public key transmitted from the opposite apparatus to create a shared private key (step S103), transmits the subscriber number after encryption to the opposite apparatus (step S104), compares the subscriber number with the subscriber number transmitted from the opposite apparatus and applies encryption processing to voice information after the connection end of a call to make a speech with the opposite apparatus when the subscriber numbers are coincident (Y: step S106).
