PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent the occurrence of a sound caused by colliding of the inner peripheral surfaces of positioning holes with the outer peripheral surfaces of positioning protrusion. SOLUTION: The positioning protrusions 11a and 11b consist of two protrusion pieces 12 which are spaced from each other and which can respectively and elastically be deformed. The positioning holes 19a and 19b have a size where the positioning protrusions 11a and 11b having the respective protrusion pieces 12 contact with each other can respectively be fitted.
