PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a magnetic disk device in which noise is reduced by improving tight sealing of a space formed between the printed circuit substrate and the case against the outside, and confining the sound emitted from the case. SOLUTION: Gaskets 14, 16 are arranged between a printed circuit substrate 101 and a case 12. The gaskets 14, 15 can improve tight sealing of the printed circuit substrate 101 and the case 12, the sound from the case 12 is confined and noise reduction can be expected.
