PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably position a mechanical unit in an external chassis in a locked state and to increase the moving margin of a mechanical unit in an elastically supported state. SOLUTION: A locking member 21 is disposed in a mechanical unit 2 supported by elastic supporting members 30a and 30b in an external chassis 3. When the locking member 21 is rotated, a first lock part 21c abuts on an upper base 8, a second lock part 21e abuts on a lower base 7, and a rear abutting part 28a abuts on the upper base 8 to position the mechanical unit 2. When the positioning is released, the mechanical unit 2 takes an inclined posture in which a rear part is lowered, and a margin space La is formed between the rear abutting parts 28a and 28b and the upper base 8.
