PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional article storage warehouse which can change the capacity of a heating warehouse and a cooling warehouse has a wasteful space and insufficient thermal insulation characteristics. SOLUTION: An article storage warehouse is provided with a case body 11 having a pair of right and left side parts 11a, internal boxes 14 to 16 arrayed in the right and left directions of the case body 11, and housed in the case body 11 so as to be movable along the array directions and auxiliary thermal insulation members 17 which are mountable between the side parts 11a of the case body 11 and the internal boxes 14 and 16 next to them and between the mutually adjacent internal boxes 14 and 15, and 15 and 16 respectively. The internal boxes 14 and 16 next to the side parts 11a of the case body 11 are provided with a first moving position where the auxiliary heat insulation member 17 is interposed between themselves and the side parts 11a of the case body 11 and a second position where the auxiliary heat insulation member 17 is not interposed, and the internal box 15 whose both sides are interposed between the other internal boxes 14 and 16 is provided with a first moving position where it is the most proximate to one side part 11a side of the case body 11, a second moving position where it is the most proximate to the other side part 11a side, and a third moving position between the first and second moving positions.
