PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face image registration and extraction system and the like that can more accurately extract a face image to a user's preference. SOLUTION: The face image registration and extraction system has a member information input server 110 for storing a plurality of input face images, a face image edit function 150 for numerating a plurality of preference selection items about each stored face image to generate numerical data on each preference selection item, a member information publishing Web server 300 for generating face preference data according to preference information on a preference about each preference selection item input by a user, and a database 200 for storing the plurality of face images and the face preference data.
