PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the fixing structure of a rotational angle detection device and also simplifying a fixing workability. SOLUTION: The steering gear is constituted such that in a housing 8 supporting an output shaft 3 rotated by a steering operation, a housing part 8a for storing the rotational angle detector 6 for detecting the rotational angle of the output shaft 3 by insertion and a fitting hole 83 penetrating one side part of the storing part 8a are provided, the rotational angle detector 6 is provided with a rotational angle detector main body 60 having a detection part for detecting the rotational angle, conductors 65 connected with the detector, and a grommet 66 fitted in the fitting hole 83, fixed to the rotational angle detector main body 60, and holding the conductors 65.
