PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of blowing out the humidified air obtained by cooling the heated steam with high directivity. SOLUTION: A blowout opening part 9 is formed inside an inclined wall part 8 mounted on an upper part of a steam guide cylinder 3 in a state of being expanded obliquely upward, a lid part 12 is formed by mounting a circular arc-shaped top plate 11 swollen upward at its center, on an upper face of a rotatable cylindrical part 10, and the humidified air is made to collide with an inner face of the top plate 11 of the lid part 12 to be cooled. Whereby the cooled humidified air can be blown out, and the formation of dew condensation on the window glass and a wall face can be inhibited by limiting a humidification range by controlling a rotating range of the lid part 12 within left and right 30 degrees with respect to a front face of a main body 5.
