PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure of a power shift with a shift cable capable of offsetting the shift cable from an exhaust tube as a heat source using a simple structure, allowing the lever ratio to be changed, and being embodied at low cost. SOLUTION: The coupling structure of the power shift with the shift cable is to transmit the shifting motion of a shift lever to the power shift 21 of a transmission through the shift cable 31, in which a convert lever 37 is mounted rotatably on the input shaft of the power shift, and a tension rod 43 attached swingingly to the power shift mounting part of the transmission is connected with one end of the convert lever 37, wherein the fore-and-aft motions of the mentioned end of the convert lever are restricted by the tension rod, and the connection part with the tension rod is made the rotating center of the convert lever, and the shift cable 31 is connected with the other end of the convert lever.
