PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof theft prevention basket cover with an optical reflective board for protecting a body against snatch, picking, and theft from the basket of a bicycle or wetting in rain and traffic accident at night. SOLUTION: The peripheral part of a body 1 is left as a frill part 2, and a rubber passing part 3 is formed. Since the linear portion of the body 1 forms a power point, it is folded into three parts and adhered with an attachment/detachment tape 4.
