PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an utensil which solves various problems (the stagnation of a mixing object in a space surrounded by wires, the sticking of the mixing object to the wires, the adjustment of a mixing range, and the impossibility of mixing in a vat) of a whisk in which U-shaped whisking wires are crossed at a tip part and the whole is turned to an electric bulb shape. SOLUTION: A plurality of whisking wires 2 provided with prescribed elasticity and folded over at the tip part are arranged circularly without being crossed with the adjacent wires and mounted on an appropriate handle 1, the tip part is opened and spread in an outer peripheral direction, and an opening and spreading control plate 3 arranged at a part traversing the respective wires, through which the wires are freely slidably passed, is attached.
