PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-wheel drive farm tractor combined, at the rear side of its machine body, with a freely liftable ground working machine and having a front wheel transmission and side brakes, wherein operability in turning at ridge sides is improved. SOLUTION: This farm tractor comprises the front wheel transmission freely changeable to an accelerated speed state in which the speed of the front wheels is higher than that of rear wheels, side brakes whose turning center side is operated to be weakly braked by turning-steered operation, and an automatic lifting means automatically operating an actuator 57 for lifting a rotary cultivator based on detection of the turning-steered operation, wherein each of front wheel accelerating operation, auto-brake operation in which the side brakes are operated to be weakly braked and auto-lifting operation to automatically operate the actuator 57 to be lifting side is operated almost at the same time.
