FIELD: building, particularly concrete mixers. ^ SUBSTANCE: concrete mixing device comprises frame installed on two-wheeled base, tank detachably connected to frame and post made as beam crane with self-braking winch having blade drive unit connected to flexible winch unit. Device also has cover with fixers secured to outer surface thereof. Beam crane is connected to frame having arms by means of leads. Tank is cylindrical and has fixers connected to outer surface thereof.
